Sound Healing

Sound Healing Sessions โ€” Therapeutic Sound for Stress Relief and Emotional Restoration

DHUN's sound healing sessions are immersive experiences that harness the restorative power of therapeutic sounds, singing bowls, and mindful listening to help you reduce stress, ease anxiety, and reconnect with inner calm.

What Is Sound Healing?

Sound healing is an evidence-informed practice that uses specific frequencies, vibrations, and musical instruments โ€” including singing bowls, chimes, and voice โ€” to influence brain activity, lower cortisol levels, and promote deep relaxation and emotional balance.

What Happens in a Session?

Each session is led by Shanaya Ghai, a certified music therapist and trained Indian classical musician. Participants settle into a comfortable position and are guided through mindful listening, breath awareness, and immersive sound journeys. No musical experience is required.

Who Is It For?

Sound healing sessions are suitable for anyone experiencing stress, anxiety, burnout, or emotional fatigue โ€” students, working professionals, caregivers, senior citizens, and anyone seeking a restorative, non-clinical wellness experience.
