Shanaya Ghai
Founder, DHUN
Behind DHUN's mission is a simple belief: music is not merely an art form—it is a powerful
medium for healing, connection, and emotional well-being.
Shanaya Ghai is a trained Indian classical musician and a certified music therapist who has
dedicated her work to exploring the intersection of music, mental health, and holistic wellness.
Having spent years studying the therapeutic effects of sound and rhythm, she recognized the
growing need for accessible, non-clinical spaces where individuals could address stress,
anxiety, and emotional fatigue through creative and evidence-informed practices.
Drawing from the rich traditions of Indian classical music as well as contemporary music
therapy techniques, Shanaya developed DHUN as a platform that empowers individuals to
reconnect with themselves through mindful listening, sound healing, and immersive musical
experiences. She regularly collaborates with schools, universities, community organizations,
and corporate institutions to promote emotional well-being through music-based interventions.
In every culture and every generation, music has been a source of comfort, expression, and
healing. Through DHUN, my vision is to make that healing accessible to everyone—creating
spaces where people can pause, reconnect, and rediscover balance through the power of sound.
Every session is an invitation to listen, not just to music, but to ourselves.
